Questions you’d ask before placing an order.
What happens if you miss my show date?
Our show-date guarantee means we work backwards from your show-floor open. If artwork is approved by the deadline we agree, and we miss your show date, we credit the order in full. We won’t take an order we can’t deliver — that’s the whole point of the guarantee.
How does pricing work — quote vs checkout?
Standard products under £5,000 you can configure and check out by card or BACS. Anything bespoke, over £5,000, or needing payment terms goes through our managed quote flow — same product, same prices, but with a contract and PO. Most orders take the self-serve path.
VAT, customs, and Brexit — what should I know?
Everything ships from our UK supplier network — no Brexit border, no customs delays, no surprise duties. UK VAT applies as standard at 20%. For VAT-registered EU buyers we apply reverse-charge automatically based on your VAT number at checkout.
Can you ship to multiple addresses for distributed teams?
Yes — sales kick-offs and remote-team kits often go to dozens of home addresses. You upload a CSV at checkout, we drop-ship per address, and you get a single invoice. Available on managed accounts (NET 30) and for orders over £2,000.
What’s the smallest order you’ll take?
Most products start at 50 units. A few specialty items (custom-shaped lanyards, embroidered apparel) start at 100. The minimum order in your basket is £150 + VAT — below that the supplier setup costs make it uneconomical.
Do you offer samples before I commit?
Plain (unbranded) samples available on all stocked items at cost — typically £5–£25 per sample, posted within 48h. Branded samples for orders over £2,000 are free of charge once you’ve placed the production order.
